Hi,

after some time we had this in, and many users complain because it 
doesn't work as expected, and i can confirm the wrong behaviour, i vote 
for reverting this switch.

There are some other vars written to the login form like redirect_url or 
referer which lead to wrong forms when they come from cache.

If you need a login form on each page, i recommend a Typoscript for 
usage on each page, maybe we can include a file having the snippets for 
copy and usage.
