[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11843 Add a reports module

Hi,

great thing but maybe 2 things are missing:

- With a bit longer description the table gets some kind of strange for 
me. Maybe it looks nicer to have the description only in the 1st column? 
  Take a look at the screenshot

- I would like to see an info at all other fields to! Maybe as hover 
text or with a js accordion effect and collapsed by default or what doas 
"File Deny Pattern" = ok or "Remaining Updates" = ok means?
