Thanks for reporting this bug and the other one. However this mailing 
list is not designed to receive bug reports. It is meant for patches to 
the core of TYPO3.

The best process is to open a bug report on bugs.typo3.org. If you're 
not sure about a given bug and want to discuss it before opening a 
report, you can post such questions to the typo3.dev mailing list. OTOH 
if you're sure about your correction, you can open a bug report as 
mentioned above and post a RFC to this list with your patch. For the 
rules regarding this list please see [1].
