[TYPO3-core] RFC #Bug: Bring Install Tool skin in line with t3skin

Problem:
In RFC #10523 the Install Tool was given a CSS file, inspired by the 
t3skin theme. Some unusual colors were introduced, one style definition 
was missing and some other minor styles issues could be improved.

Solution:
This patch switches back to some more usual colors (grey ;-) ) and 
introduces the missing definition for style "tcaTableBackground". It 
also includes a minor typo in one Install Tool sentence (abusive use of 
escape character), because I wasn't going to make a separate RFC for that.
Attached are before/after screenshots of the most striking changes.

Notes:
It was certainly a nice idea to try and introduce new colors, but this 
should be done in a more coordinated way.
