[TYPO3-core] RFC: #0011505: TYPO3 4.3 is slower than 4.2.8 -> re-implement native db caching

FYI: committed attached patch as a follow-up to trunk rev 6000

the patch adds a forgotten comma to the table definition of cache_hash.
because of this missing comma the install tool was not able to create 
table cache_hash in 123 mode.
