[TYPO3-core] FYI24: #12001: Add checks from t3lib_BEfunc::displayWarningMessages() to the status report

hi ingo,

thanks for adding these checks, works as advertized.

Question: currently I see all messages on one page without having the 
possibility to distinguish the source of the message.
the extbase message is displayed in exactly the same manner as the 
messages from system or from installtool

how about grouping them by source?

no objection only a possible follow up ;-)

+1 by reading and testing for this huge FYI
