[TYPO3-core] FYI: #11996: Change compreed to compress with adding JS/CSS

Hi,

after discussing this with our release manager olly, i committed 
attached patch to trunk, rev. 5975

Reason:
At the moment the property is named "compressed" which describes the 
state of the file.

Semantic correct would be to say "do compress"
(If you don't want to have a file compressed, setting uncompressed fiel 
to "compressed" is semantic wrong)
Now it's called "compress" - i change doc on wiki page too.
