[TYPO3-core] RFC: #0011875: db_list doesn't show '0' values

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Values '0' aren't shown in db_list, neither if given by Sring nor by Int (concerning the field-types).


Solution:
Bastian Waidelich attached a short patch.
Tested an confirmed by testing on T3-Version 4.2.8

Comment:
Thanks a lot to Bastian, also for the tip that in the editform the corresponding misbehavior was a case of misconfiguration by myself instead of a bug in T3.
