[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11924: Use suggest feature in core

Since we have the suggest feature it should be used in core.

See attached patch, it adds it to all "group" fields of type "db", which
are:

pages:storage_pid
pages:shortcut
pages:content_from_pid
pages:mount_pid
tt_content:pages
tt_content:records
pages_language_overlay:shortcut

This patch was provided by Ernesto in the RFC #6872, i posted it here as 
new RFC
