I tested your patch:

Works as expected.

> * rezizeTextareas_MaxHeight (default 600)

Doesnt work: when adding line by line, the textareas height increases 
(is OK), but when the maximum height (I tested with MaxHeight=300) is 
reached, the textarea suddenly expands to about 20000 pixels height (!!)

> * rezizeTextareas_Flexible (check)

Works as expected.
