hm - t3lib is the place for the classes, and also templates? I know it's 
t3lib_PageRenderer, but it's an abstract class used by
template (in typo3)
tslib_fe (intypo3/sysext/...)

so i think typo3/templates is ok.

Naming with class as prefix is ok, that's the best way to know where 
they belong to.
