[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11396: redirects not working for felogin on pages with access set

Hi Dave,

+1 by reading and testing. Beside that i changed the typolink and used 
the config direct in the call to prevent unitialized array var, patch is 
attached.

This patch is a good one, many users ask for this possibility in 
newslists/forums, the workaround was to use an instance of felogin in 
TS. This is no longer needed after this patch, good one!
