[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10201: Duplicate cHash Values

Hi,

i created a patch where the cHash-generation is done in one call. This 
is perfect for any extension want calculate the cHash.
tslib_content and class.indexer are using it, only tslib_fe does it by 
it's own, as the cHash array is used further as class variable.
