[TYPO3-core] RFC #12388: Log deprecated method call in t3lib_beuserauth and remove the method in 4.4

Problem:
Method trackBeUser() of t3lib_beuserauth is deprecated since TYPO3 3.6.

Solution:
Use t3lib_div::logDeprecatedFunction() at the beginning of the method and clearly state in phpDoc that it will be removed in TYPO3 4.4.
