[TYPO3-core] RFC #12382: Feature/Code cleanup: Add some more unit tests

Problem:
1. The Core needs more unit tests.

2. I had some not-yet-checked-in unit tests on my hard disk (from my
T3CON09 unit testing tutorial, from some bug fixes and so on).


Solution:
Add the unit tests (and simplify some other tests and fix one tests that
overwrites the global TCA without restoring it in tearDown).
