[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #12252: htmlArea RTE: errors are raised when extension rtehtmlarea_definitionlist is installed with TYPO3 4.3

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The definition list feature was integrated into core. The extension 
published on TER is not compatible with TYPO 4.3.

Solution:
Add a warning in the Install tool when upgrading to 4.3 and 
rtehtmlarea_definitionlist is installed, informing the user that the 
extension should be uninstalled.

Note:
Dependency constraints of extension rtehtmlarea_definitionlist on TER 
were updated.
