Problem:

If there's an extension installed that depends on fe_adminLib.inc (here 
feuser_admin), opening a page with that plugin results in following error:
Argument 2 passed to tslib_cObj::fillInMarkerArray() must be an array, 
null given, called in 
/var/www/www-src/typo3/trunk/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/media/scripts/fe_adminLib.inc 
on line 1028 and defined in 
/var/www/www-src/typo3/trunk/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_content.php 
on line 3232

Solution:

check for array
