Hi,

Question: what is the result when copying a translated record (say a 
content element) to a page that doesn't yet have the proper 
translations? Are the copied overlays lost or are their copied but 
invisible?

Same remarks for t3lib_TCEmain::copyL10nOverlayRecords() as I just 
posted in RFC #539:

- isn't the test on "pages" a bit too restrictive?
- why is loadTCA() called at all?
