[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12259: Use labels in the page wizard for the page title fields

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The titles inside the module "Functions" > "Create multiple pages" is
missing labels. The titles are "Page 1:", "Page 2:", ...

Solution:
add the labels and so some CGL cleanups
