[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12246: Reports module: icon not clickable

+1 on testing

and sorry the bug report was about the icons in the view "Status report" 
and the icons next to every title.

btw why are only the icons shown when there is an error or warning but 
not if everything is ok? this is IMO inconsistent
