[TYPO3-core] RFC #12187: Add some flashmessages to EM (part 3)

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
If a user installs/removes an extension using the icon in extension list,  
no feedback is given to him, if EXT was successful installed/removed.

Solution:
Add a flashmessage

Note:
Fix #12186 is required for this message to show up
