Hi Steffen,

as i'm doing the ajax login, i discovered that the logout form still is 
needed. When dealinh with login popup (will be needed with special auth 
extensions like openId or RSA) it can happen that you are still login 
though popup is displayed. For this case the logout form is displayed. 
Also Masi wrote about a bug in tceforms which trigger the login popup 
too, and logout form is displayed (because you are still logged in)

So i would like to drop this cleanup.
