[TYPO3-core] RFC #12110: Show status of flag doNotLoadInFE in extension details

Hi,

+1 by reading and testing.

I did one change (as olly mentioned already): Yes is the first part of 
the message, and "also" isn't clear, so message now is:

"Yes" (default) will load the extension in the frontend and the backend. 
"No": the extension is loaded only in the backend.
