[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added test #12153: Add more unit tests for t3lib_matchCondition

FYI: The attached patch was committed as follow-up to SVN Trunk (rev. 6111).

Changes:
t3lib_matchCondition has two class members 'matchAll' and
'matchAlternative' which are used to simulate conditions in the
TypoScript object browser. Tests have been added for that part.
