[TYPO3-core] RFC #12121: "Installation Type: L" - tell the user, what's "L" in EM

Hi,

This is again a "give some usability to the EM" - SVN patch request.

Problem:
After importing an extension from TER, you get the following output:

Extension import results
SUCCESS!

Folder created: .../typo3conf/ext/stg_clearcache/
ext_emconf.php: .../stg_clearcache/ext_emconf.php
Installation Type: L
=================
"WTF is Installation Type L??" many users might think. We have labels for  
this..

Solution:
Use the existing labels and tell them, what's L, S or G.
