[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10467: AJAX relogin does not work

Hi Dmitry, Francois,

it will be difficult to use the relogin for rsa and openID, so i will 
make an additional patch for:
* adding a conf variable to use the popup relogin (it's the normal 
loginform with the hooks)
* configure openID and RSA to use this conf var

Behaviour will be: show the progress window in ExtJS for the 30 seconds, 
after don't show the ExtJS LoginWindow but the real popup with login form
