[TYPO3-core] RFC #12117: Add some flash messages to EM

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
We have flash messages now, but Extension Manager makes no use of them.

Solution:
Turn most frequent messages into flash messages.

Note:
I attached some screenshots of the messages I could easy evoke.
There are still many unshiny messages left, but let's start with this few  
;-)
