Hi Martin,

good idea! I had a custom userfunction to solve this problem, but would 
of course be nicer to have that in place by default.

But, wouldn't a "quoteStr" instead of (or in addition to) a 
"fullQuoteStr" make sense? Aren't there scenarios where you'd like to 
use the value escaped but not wrapped into quotes?
