[TYPO3-core] Updated TSref in SVN

While reviewing the stuff, I found a couple of small mistakes. I will go 
ahead and publish now, as I want the TSref to be available rapidly. If 
you find further issues I'll publish a corrected version.

Maintaining the docs certainly helps :-) I learn things every time.
