Hi Masi,

i think we should wait for answer from Rupi. He measured it, and the 
initialisation of cache framework took a lot of performance.
This was result comparing speed of 4.2 and 4.3.

I'm also not convinced of performance boost using the cache framework. 
So my impression is that it's only worth on a multiserver installation, 
for normal sites the old dbcache is much faster. That's the reason why 
it's set to default.

There are also a lot of issues, see Christian who reported problems with 
memcache having many tags. The complete tag handling is far from good, 
it loads all tags in memory to loop over ...
