[TYPO3-core] RFC #12852: Missing labels for CType header in New Content Wizard

Hi folks!

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
locallang_db_new_content_el.xml has contains titles and descriptions for all CTypes but header. Thus if you configure 
the new content wizard you have to invent your own texts.

Solution:
Add two new keys to locallang_db_new_content_el.xml (common_headerOnly_title, common_headerOnly_description).

Uschi (who is very happy with the new content wizard of 4.3 :-)
