Nice to get a new document.
As I saw you sorted getText fields in a optical readable kind with empty 
lines between each option.
I think this fields perhaps should be sorted in an inner table due to 
accessible aspects. Else col 2 is read as one text, afterwards col 3 but 
intention is that each option of col 2 is read and afterwards the 
corresponding text of col 3.
But this challenge is not urgent and priority isn't high.
