[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12839: TS property pageRenderTemplateFile needs to be renamed

As the class pageRenderer has been renamed (from "pageRender") the TS 
property name should match for consistency

New name: pageRendererTemplateFile

This is the last chance to justify, after release it can't be changed.
