Problem:
The unit test checkGetExtensionKeyByPrefix of the t3lib_extMgm test
suite fails since the static $extensionKeyMap is already defined and not
changable anymore in t3lib_extMgm.

Solution:
Integrate a clearing method in t3lib_extMgm that can reset $extensionKeyMap.
