FYI: the following was committed to trunk in revision 6567, with 
explicit permission from Olly.

Problem:
Documentation about how to set up cron jobs on Windows (aka "scheduled 
tasks") was missing from the Scheduler documentation.

Solution:
Add the instructions to the manual (thanks to Patrick Gaumond for 
providing these).

Notes:
1) I also took this opportunity to update all screenshots in the manual, 
to reflect recent changes in the Scheduler and the even more recent 
changes in t3skin.
2) No patch attached, as the OO file is a binary.
