[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12766: CSS in "User Settings" broken

Hi!

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The checkboxes and labels are displaced completely (height, indentation).

See screenshot.

Solution:
At a width to the CSS

tested on win xp with Firefox, IE 7, Safari, Opera

Addtional information
IMO this should go into 4.3. because problem is certainly caused by one
of the big changes in either user settings or CSS
