[TYPO3-core] RFC #12604: fileNameASCIIPrefix got deprecated but is used in core

As we deal with already existing files, I thought the incoming file names  
are already ASCII-only..
The trailing _ was forgotten, but does it really matter for typo3temp/ ;-)

Will provide a patch after lunch
