[TYPO3-core] RFC #12748: Recycler's body has a margin

Hi!

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
<body id="ext-recycler-mod1-index-php"> has a margin of "2px 2px 0 4px".
This results in a white space above and on the right of the docheader row1.

Solution:
Add it to the long list of body-ids, which need no margin.

Note:
Tested with IE6-8, Opera and FF
