[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12735: BE-Login: show login process

Hi,

i will commit the following patch as follow-up if noone complains.

The patch solves 2 isues for safari

1) spinner isn't visible, needs a preloader
2) safari shows own caps-lock warning icons which can't be disabled, so 
disable the caps-lock image from TYPO3 for Safari only
