OK, I had a look at this issue:

 - the TCEForms required and changed icons were already mispositioned
   before this patch, the only thing that changed was the required icon

 - the new required icon doesn't fit nicely because it overlaps the
   changed icons if both are displayed at the same time (which sometimes
   happens). The problem is that the new icon has a higher width than
   the old one.

 - the new icon generally looks to small at that position (it's only
   10*10 pixels there), so it doesn't fit.

Simple solution:
Just put the old icon in place again. The positioning errors are still
not fixed then, but that's an old bug not totally critical.

That's it for issue #2.
