[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #12728: Upgrade ExtJS skin to match t3skin

The following changes were committed to SVN Trunk (rev. 6510)

Problem:
There are several places in TYPO3 4.3 that used ExtJS (relogin dialog,
Recycler). However, the skin there does not look very much like t3skin
in the other non-ExtJS parts of the backend.

Solution:
Modify CSS and graphical elemens in ExtJS skin to match t3skin. Besides
that the visualization of submit buttons have been changed.

Notes:
This is a result of the T3UXW09. Thanks to the participants for
discussing about the layout and implementing the changes.
