Hi,

According the to follow up patches we had for #539, #2314 and #8817 
there's also the need to apply the attached patch for this issue.

Cut / Copy icons within the clickmenu should be visible for all records 
which are either l10n-parent records or l10n-overlay-records within a 
transForeignTable (e.g. pages_language_overlay records). These icons 
should not appear for "regular" l10n-records (tt_content, tt_news).
