[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #12699: Upgrade backend login to match t3skin

Hi.

Another minor issue: Apache error log shows a 404 when loading the login
page:

 File does not exist:
/path/to/site/typo3/sysext/t3skin/backgrounds/login-box-body.gif,
referer:
http://www.example.com/typo3/sysext/t3skin/stylesheets/typo3-index-php.css

Reason:
backgrounds/login-box-body.gif
should be
backgrounds/login-box-body.png

Solution:
Appended followup fixes this
