[TYPO3-core] FYI24: #12700: pageInfo shows wrong info on root page

Hi,

This is SVN patch request. I will commit the patch in 24 hours if noone 
complain (nobrainer)

Problem:

there is shown "pid: " but it's pid 0. This is because of wrong usage of 
$pageRecord['uid'] because root page has no pageRecord

Solution: display "pid: 0 (root)" for root page
