[TYPO3-core] RFC #11087: TCEForm does not replace the existing element if adding a new element to a field with maxitems=1

Hey,

Steffen Gebert wrote a new patch (attached here), that I tested and read 
yesterday and that works as expected (and I also tested on other fields 
with maxSize > 1).

+1 after reading and testing.
