[TYPO3-core] FYI: #12624: Unreplaced marker in login screen of classic skin

Hi,

the following patch was committed to trunk, rev 6444

There is a forgotten marker in login screen of classic skin:
###INFO###
also the text of this marker was forgotten:
(Note: Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled!)

Patch add it.

PS: I really wonder that the one(s) who localized login screen never 
tested with classic skin.
