[TYPO3-core] RFC #11468: [Bug]: $altUrl parameter has no effect in t3lib_BEfunc::viewOnClick()

Hi all,

I noticed this bug as well with Mick here while going through some open 
issues :). However, your fix was not right, as it does not change the 
$url to $altUrl (the initial thought :)).

Anyway, I have an updated patch attached, also a version without the 
whitespace-changes, which makes this bug a complete no-brainer.
