Problem:
The db_list_extra->makeLocalizationPanel method doesn't consider the 
backPath ($this->backPath) therefore the l10n-icons won't work whenever 
the list is rendered within an extension (e.g. TemplaVoila).

Solution:
The attached patch prepends the created links with the backPath.

Notes:
This bug breaks the l10n-icons within the TemplaVoila-Pagemodule (using 
the recordList feature).
