[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12553: Text "A simple table with up to 8 columns." is wrong

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
In the content element wizard there is still the text: "A simple table
with up to 8 columns." for the element table. A limit of 8 cols is wrong
since I don't know when, so it should be changed at least to "A simple
table."

E.g. C:\Programme\QuickTime\QTSystem\/

Solution:
Replace it

Additional information:
This text is also wrong in translations like german. don't exactly know
where to report this - can someone take care of that?
