[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #12115: htmlArea RTE "Create link" button doesn't become clickable when using keyboard to select text in Safari/Chrome

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In Safari or any Apple WebKit-based browser, the "create link" button 
doesn't become enabled although text is selected using the keyboard.

Solution:
Update the toolbar on cursor key event.
